PLEASE REVIEW THE SIZE CHART BELOW. While our products run true to size we want you to get the perfect fit. All of our products are printed and sewn on demand so we don't pull your order from a pile of stock. This is great because we can produce only what we sell which limits waste. However size exchanges can make it harder on us as a small company to offer the easy/timely exchanges of a larger company. If you have any size questions please call 208-720-1342.
CANCELATION OR ORDER CHANGES MUST BE WITHIN 8 HOURS of placing the order. The order then goes into production and we can not cancel or change the order.
We ship USPS, (United States Postal Service) only. Tracking will be provided. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
ISSUE WITH A DELIVERED ORDER
If there is an issue with your delivered order or you would like to exchange a size for example we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be slight color variations between or even within an order. You may contact us, 208-720-1342,
REFUNDS (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges will be offered for garments that have not been worn, laundered, soiled, altered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges will be offered for garments that have not been worn, laundered, soiled, altered. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. The new items will need to be produced and delivered again.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
